There are number of upcoming opportunists to see Melanie Fitzgerald's presentations on the historic packhorse routes in the area.

 

The dates are:

9th September 7:30-9pm, Wadsley Church Hall, Worrall Rd, Sheffield S6 4BB (Small entrance fee)

11th September 2-3:30pm, Broomhill Community Library, 10 Taptonville Road, Sheffield, S10 5BR

20th November Bolsterstone Archaeology and Heritage group, Christchurch, 586 Manchester Rd, Stocksbridge S36 1DY

 

There will also be the opportunity to pick up a copy of Melanie's book on Packhorse Routes and local walks, horse and cycle rides throughout the Sheffield Lakeland area.

​On the 7th September we will be hosting a guided work as part of the Heritage Open Days initiative. This will likely be from Stocksbridge. Details will be confirmed nearer the time on the Heritage Open Days website.
